PsychWell Consultants began with a simple belief: that mental health care can offer more than traditional therapy alone. Founded in Sydney by a team of passionate mental health professionals, the practice was created to bring science-backed methods together with a holistic view of the person, considering mental, emotional and physical wellbeing as connected parts of the whole.
Today, its psychologists and therapists provide ADHD assessments, autism assessments, and educational assessments for children, adolescents and adults, along with personalised support for anxiety, trauma and other emotional challenges. Each plan is shaped around the individual’s needs and goals, and the team draws on contemporary, evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and biofeedback where clinically appropriate.
Support is offered in person and through telehealth, with flexible scheduling to suit busy lives. Values such as curiosity, deep care, and continuous learning guide how the team works with every client, and a therapy dog named Lilly is also part of the practice.
